Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. Throughout the health and fitness portion of my blog, I’ll be sharing my journey over the last year with you retrospectively. At some point in these posts, we’ll catch up to real-time and I’ll be sure to let you know when that happens!
I wanted to write this blog because I think that many people will be able to relate to my journey of trying to prioritize my health and wellbeing when I have not always been able to do so. Whether you’re considering trying to eat healthier, trying to be more active, trying to focus on your mental health or all of the above, I’m right there with you. It’s not always easy but it is incredibly rewarding. I hope that by sharing my setbacks, successes and everything in between that it may help someone to start their journey or simply keep pushing forward.
